
HRMDO proposes a more inclusive and personalized MDP for potential would-be managers in LGU-GSC. This will now be called Institutionalizing Leadership and Excellence as Agents for Development (I-LEAD).
I-LEAD refers to the process of establishing a culture and framework within LGU-GSC that promotes and sustains effective leadership and excellence in all aspects of its operations through its re-envisioned managerial development program. It involves integrating leadership principles, values, and practices into the core fabric of the organization, ensuring that leadership and excellence become intrinsic to its identity and functioning.
